Surge/loon：直接订阅对应模块（.sgmodule / .lpx），在模块的 Arguments （模块编辑）里改参数
解锁不生效自检顺序：
1.MITM 是否生效 hostname里面是否有-.buy.itunes...
2.其他同类型脚本冲突
3.boxjs或Arguments是否编辑参数
