and with this example, you show even the fact, that death penalty should not be used everytime and everywhere.

You can have a death penalty WITHOUT using it, just when needed!
https://t.iss.one/AmnestyBullshit/321

THIS IS WHAT PEOPLE ALWAYS FORGET

Not that you come here "ops, it was better to have that" ... Do you need assisted suicide now, if you don't wish to die?? NOPE Do you need abortion now, if you are not pregnant?? NOPE Do you need ....? NOPE!

This doesn't mean that you don't need such things in future too! Remember

a) removing death penalty is synonym of HAVING AN HARD LIFE TO REIMPLEMENT THAT!

Do you think it would have been right if Norway introduced the death penalty in connection with this case, wondered prosecutor Inga Bejer Engh.

It would have been the right thing in many ways. If one considers a case like this, there are only two ways out. I see 21 years in prison as a pathetic punishment, Breivik replied.
https://t.iss.one/BreivikBullshit/81

only 50 prisoners?

Well, we already said that they get applied at too lower rate ...

Behind the death penalty Part 2

In that sense, it's a shame Indrebø was fired. He seems to be a person with reasonable attitudes, says Breivik, referring to the co-judge who was removed for having made a comment on 23 July last year that the death penalty would be the only fair thing.
https://t.iss.one/BreivikDeathSentence/18
to
https://t.iss.one/BreivikDeathSentence/23

I thought it was a suicide attempt, I didn't think I would survive the 22nd of July.

Breivik sa han regnet med at det var «fem prosent sannsynlighet» for at han skulle overleve angrepet i Regjeringskvartalet.

Breivik said he reckoned there was a "five percent probability" that he would survive the attack in the Government Quarter.

After all, they are Norway's best-guarded buildings. But then I not only survived that, I also survived Utøya.
🤣 .... SURE!!
Scroll from
https://t.iss.one/BreivikErrors/11

Shortly after he was arrested on Utøya on 22 July, he made a number of demands to the police. Among them was that the death penalty and so-called waterboarding, water torture, should be introduced in Norway.

Behind the death penalty Part 3

Part 1 https://t.iss.one/BreivikDeathSentence/49

He has these thoughts about his own execution:
It means that God is calling me home. I have no life here in prison, so a death sentence will not spoil any plans that have been laid. There is nothing here that I want to hold on to, he says https://perma.cc/MJB6-VYC8
https://t.iss.one/DeathSentenceNOW/60
https://t.iss.one/SerialKillerDeathSentence/15
https://t.iss.one/SerialKillerDeathSentence/19

He has argued that those who have received the death penalty deserve a quick and painful death, but not torture. Preferably when shooting.

What exactly is torture? Is an assisted suicide torture??!
NOPE, if applied with brain and not incompetence!!

First NOT TODAY NOT TOMORROW!
This should be clear! We wrote now showing a different perspective about such topic, that 99.999% of the people ALWAYS FORGET!

Back to Breivik ...

When I was little and growing up, we were taught that Adolf Hitler was a cruel man who deserved to die.

this is the best example!!! because again there is a dilemma:

Killing Hitler or not? like allowing Michael Scofield to do prison break or not?
https://t.iss.one/EthicalDilemmaHumanRights

One thing is sure, Michael Scofield with that caused MUCH MORE DEATHS! and we cannot ignore that!
https://t.iss.one/DefenceTelegram/1742

Same for Hitler ... if we killed Hitler years ago, maybe many people would NEVER DIE!

So the question is, better 1 now, or 1000 later?

Obviously Lincoln Burrows was innocent!
https://t.iss.one/TedBundyTelegram/10

EXACTLY! Not all murders deserve a death penalty!!!
https://t.iss.one/CrimeExamples/117
and remember, is not just related to killing someone or not!
https://t.iss.one/CrimeExamples/118

Now the death penalty will probably never be reintroduced in Norway (abolished in 1948), but the maximum sentence of 20 years should be raised/changed to "life imprisonment or institution".

Anders Behring Breivik says he will not respect a sentence of 21 years in prison, which he describes as a "ridiculous punishment".

Behind the death penalty Part 7

Part 1 https://t.iss.one/BreivikDeathSentence/49

Two years ago (= 2009), the Storting decided that the maximum sentence for terrorism should be 30 years. The Ministry of Justice does not yet know when the new law may enter into force https://perma.cc/TT2X-9X2U
https://t.iss.one/BreivikDeathSentence/4

In the proposal the Storting received, it was stated that this would take time and that the implementation of the new penal code was expected to take place on 1 January 2012. As is known, that is not yet, says State Secretary Terje Moland Pedersen (Ap) in the Ministry of Justice to Nettavisen.
https://t.iss.one/BreivikDeathSentence/12

It was Adresseavisen that wrote on Tuesday that a computer mess means that terrorist accused Anders Behring Breivik - with 77 lives on his conscience - can only be sentenced under the old terror clause with a maximum prison sentence of 21 years, not the new one adopted by the Storting in 2009. At that time, the legislators decided to increase the maximum sentence to 30 years.
https://t.iss.one/NorwayErrors

Raising the time frame to 30 years was done because the maximum sentence for terrorism in Norway and several other European countries is 30 years.
Behind the death penalty Part 8

Part 1 https://t.iss.one/BreivikDeathSentence/49

Although the law has been changed so that today one can be sentenced for terrorism to detention with a time frame of 30 years and a minimum term of 20 years, Breivik's sentence cannot be changed. This is because laws are not given retroactive effect in Norway.
💩 with 🇳🇴 quality!!! 🤦‍♂️ cannot be change UNTIL WE START TO CHANGE LAWS ONCE AT ALL!

Delayed upgrading of computer systems in the police and the court apparatus means that terrorist accused Anders Behring Breivik cannot be sentenced under the new terror clause with a maximum sentence of 30 years, writes Adresseavisen on Tuesday 🤦‍♂️ obviously, because this is 🇳🇴!!! errors over errors!!!

Answer to death penalty for rape: YESNO!

a) No, because there should NOT BE A VIP SUICIDE DEATH PENALTY!!!!!!

🇩🇪 laws
https://t.iss.one/VergewaltigungFakten

c) YES, if we consider the topic in general. Keeping serious criminals alive for 80 years IS JUST A WASTE OF MONEY that can be used to create new prisons and to help homeless!

Without considering that such criminals cost for the society in different point: prison, court / lawyers, damages to the victims, damages to infrastructures in case of 💥, work loss of families and victims, etc.

etc.

No research has been published on costs economics of suicide in prison. The cost of suicide in prison are likely to be considerably higher than the average cost of a suicide due to the impact of death has on the prison service as well as wider society.

There were 95 prison suicides in the 12 months preceding September 2015. It is estimated that the cost of these suicides is at least £160 million and could reach £300 million = 3 mio for prisoner suicide!!!!

Then we talk about death penalty cost too much 🤦‍♂️

Death penalty? Our doctors and nurses are a source of death sentences!
https://t.iss.one/ShittyDeathExecutions/15

But if they kill people, "well all is ok", while if a pilot kill 300 people "the pilot is a killer, because he did an error"!

NO ERRORS ARE ALLOWED! especially for such things.
https://t.iss.one/DeathSentenceFAQ/146

HOW THE HELL IS POSSIBLE THAT THEY CAN CUT THE WRONG LEG?????! You cannot fix such error with just a sorry!

The only positive thing is if the patients wished assisted suicide and there is no right or they got refused. In such way now they got their assisted suicide ... but otherwise 🤦‍♂️
Our answer: a mistake by a nurse is a crime, and a "mistake" by a killer A MUCH MORE CRITICAL CRIME!

Obviously she doesn't deserve life or 20 years of prison! but even not soft sentences.

Otherwise EVERYONE could simply kill people "with a mistake" and taking excuses "it was a mistake"

Nurses are not criminals? EVERY JOB CAN BE A CRIMINAL!

The latter is largely preventable and may account for up to 5% of hospital deaths in the United States. It has been estimated that there are between 715,000 and 776,000 hospital deaths each year in the United States, and this would add up to an additional 35,750 to 38,800 preventable deaths.

The study “Medical error-The third leading cause of death in the US” [13] reported more than 250,000 deaths per year caused by medical errors.

From 2000 to 2012, the medication error rate increased significantly among all age groups except for children under 6 years. Among adults aged 20 years or older, the error rate increased with increasing age.

The reported incidence of nursing errors in this review ranged from 19% to 34% (Figure 2) of medication orders

Remember, wrong drug is not like drinking Coca Cola Zero vs Fanta Zero

First way to removed errors? Well if you have 👂 problems like us, you know that!

Re-asking or repeat what they told you, like in military! Plus 🙅‍♂️ writing things on paper! Doctors ✍️ is 💩, simply impossible to read that at all! So only digital!

No excuses in Israel style 🇮🇱
https://t.iss.one/IsraeliFacts/377
to
https://t.iss.one/IsraeliFacts/384

So exactly the same errors can happen during the court! but if the court is doing errors = 😈 ... if a nurse / doctor is doing errors = 😇 ....

Remember that hospitals kill more people than wrong sentenced criminals (or criminals sentenced for personal interest) ...

So let we talk about such things too, because it doesn't matter how you kill a person ... you kill a person! and a person is a person ...
https://t.iss.one/DeathSentenceFAQ/182

The big difference?
In court we "kill people" to keep population safe!
