The reported incidence of nursing errors in this review ranged from 19% to 34% (Figure 2) of medication orders

So exactly the same errors can happen during the court! but if the court is doing errors = 😈 ... if a nurse / doctor is doing errors = 😇 ....
Remember that hospitals kill more people than wrong sentenced criminals (or criminals sentenced for personal interest) ...
