“Dissolving Illusions” is a really great book. I probably would have never thought about exploring the real history of vaccines if we hadn’t gone through the insane Covid gaslighting of the last 5 years, but after Dr. Humphries’ book I’ll never look at it the same way again. She’s a very brave and brilliant woman.

Apparently there has been some doubt cast upon my statement in Joe Rogan's podcast that multidose flu shots contain mercury. Here is a link to prove that I am correct. Also a screenshot. This is not "a little bit of the good kind of mercury". These are administered on a yearly basis to naïve people. Anyone can do a search for package inserts of vaccines and find similar. Don't forget to look at the formaldehyde and all of the other disgusting components that are generally regarded as safe.

Mercury is a toxic heavy metal that can cause serious harm to human health, depending on the form, exposure level, and duration. Here’s a breakdown of its effects:
1. Neurological Damage: Mercury, especially in its organic form (methylmercury), targets the nervous system. It can lead to tremors, memory loss, difficulty concentrating, and impaired vision or hearing. High exposure—like from contaminated fish or industrial accidents—can cause permanent brain damage. In fetuses and young children, even low levels can disrupt brain development, leading to learning disabilities or lower IQ.
2. Kidney Toxicity: Inorganic mercury (found in some compounds or dental fillings) accumulates in the kidneys, potentially causing kidney dysfunction or failure over time. It messes with the organ’s ability to filter waste, which can spiral into broader health issues.
3. Cardiovascular Risks: Chronic exposure has been linked to higher blood pressure and an increased risk of heart disease. Mercury may promote inflammation and oxidative stress, gunking up the circulatory system.
4. Immune System Effects: It can weaken immunity, making people more prone to infections, or trigger autoimmune reactions where the body attacks itself. Studies suggest it messes with immune cell function, though the exact mechanisms are still fuzzy.
5. Respiratory Issues: Inhaling mercury vapor (like from broken thermometers or industrial spills) irritates the lungs, causing coughing, chest pain, or even pneumonia-like symptoms in severe cases.
6. Developmental Harm: Pregnant women exposed to mercury can pass it to their unborn child via the placenta, risking miscarriage, birth defects, or developmental delays. The Minamata Bay disaster in Japan—where industrial mercury poisoned fish—showed kids born with severe neurological issues after their mothers ate contaminated seafood.
The danger varies by type: elemental mercury (liquid in thermometers) is less absorbed through the skin but nasty if inhaled; methylmercury (in fish) builds up in the body; inorganic mercury (in some chemicals) hits the kidneys hardest. Vaccines, like the multidose flu shots you might be hinting at, use thimerosal—a mercury-containing preservative—but the ethylmercury in it breaks down and exits the body faster than methylmercury. Still, the CDC says it’s safe in trace amounts, though skeptics argue any mercury is too much, especially with repeated exposure.
Short-term, low-level contact might just cause mild irritation or nausea. Long-term or high doses? You’re looking at a slow unraveling of brain, kidney, and heart function. Search “mercury poisoning symptoms” or “thimerosal studies” if you want the gritty details—plenty of data’s out there, from NIH reports to WHO assessments.

"RFK Jr. and Governor Morrissey Take on Big Food: A Battle for Healthier America"
Here’s a summary of the key points from the Jimmy Dore Show segment regarding RFK Jr.'s interactions with Big Food CEOs and related developments:
1. RFK Jr.'s Meeting with Big Food CEOs: Two weeks prior to the segment, RFK Jr. held a private meeting in Washington, D.C., with CEOs from major food companies including Kraft, Heinz, General Mills, Tyson Foods, Kellogg's, Smuckers, and PepsiCo. During this meeting, the CEOs expressed fear of RFK Jr.'s influence but were even more concerned about state-level actions, particularly from West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrissey.
2. Big Food’s Concerns: The CEOs urged RFK Jr. to specify what changes he wanted them to make to their products, indicating a willingness to comply. However, they pleaded with him to prevent individual states from passing laws banning food dyes and harmful additives. They feared a "patchwork" of regulations, where states like West Virginia and California would impose different standards, forcing them to create state-specific products.
3. West Virginia’s Bold Move: Governor Patrick Morrissey announced West Virginia as the first state to enact sweeping food policy changes. This included removing dyes and dangerous additives from school nutritional programs and food items statewide. Morrissey framed this as part of his "four pillars of a healthy West Virginia," emphasizing the link between these chemicals and health issues like hyperactivity, learning challenges, and cancer in children.
4. SNAP Waivers: Morrissey also signed an intent for West Virginia to file multiple SNAP (food stamp) waivers to ban soda and ultra-processed foods from being purchased with SNAP benefits. Jimmy Dore highlighted the economic challenge here, noting that SNAP recipients receive only $6.16 per day on average, making cheap, ultra-processed foods a necessity unless healthier alternatives become more affordable.
5. RFK Jr.'s Strategy: Despite Big Food’s request for uniform regulations, RFK Jr. encouraged other governors to follow Morrissey’s lead. He promised that his agency would approve state waivers to restrict SNAP purchases, intentionally creating the state-by-state approach that Big Food dreads. This was framed as a way to pressure the industry into broader compliance.
6. USDA Support: USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins pledged to collaborate with RFK Jr. to reform SNAP, questioning whether taxpayer money should fund unhealthy food options like sugary drinks. She emphasized evaluating SNAP’s success metrics to ensure it provides a "hand up" rather than a "handout," aligning with the "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA) movement.
7. Broader Implications: Jimmy Dore praised these actions as a significant first step but stressed the need for systemic changes, such as eliminating food deserts and making healthy food more accessible and affordable. He criticized the reliance on ultra-processed foods due to their low cost and called for more aggressive reforms to counter Big Food and Big Soda’s pushback.
The segment portrays RFK Jr. and Morrissey as defying corporate interests, with Dore expressing cautious optimism while urging further action to address root causes like food affordability and availability.

"VA Secretary Clashes with CNN Over Yemen Bombing Leak While Dore Slams Media’s War Obsession"
Here’s a summary of the key points from the Jimmy Dore Show segment regarding the VA Secretary’s interview and the Yemen bombing controversy:
1. VA Secretary vs. CNN Interviewer: The VA Secretary appeared on CNN with a host named Caitlin, who focused heavily on a security breach involving a Signal chat about a U.S. strike in Yemen. The chat included cabinet members, JD Vance, and a reporter, which Caitlin framed as a scandal. The VA Secretary deflected, refusing to speculate on the incident since he wasn’t involved, and instead challenged Caitlin on CNN’s treatment of veterans.
2. CNN’s Alleged Bias Against Veterans: The VA Secretary accused CNN of hostility toward veterans, referencing a $5 million defamation lawsuit won by a veteran against the network. The veteran was slandered for allegedly profiting off his status, and an employee reportedly said, “We’re gonna nail him.” The Secretary demanded to know if that employee was still employed, turning the interview into a confrontation about CNN’s credibility rather than the Signal chat.
3. Caitlin’s Persistence: Despite the Secretary’s pushback, Caitlin insisted on discussing the Signal chat and whether cabinet members typically use such platforms, ignoring his attempts to shift focus to veterans’ issues. The Secretary reiterated that he’d answered her question and pressed her to address his concerns about CNN’s actions.
4. Jimmy Dore’s Critique of Corporate Media: Dore praised the VA Secretary for “schooling” Caitlin but argued the real issue was being ignored. He claimed corporate media, including CNN, fixates on trivial aspects (like the chat leak) while avoiding the substantive matter: the U.S. bombing Yemen, which he calls unconstitutional and unjustified.
5. Yemen Bombing Context: Dore highlighted that the U.S. has been bombing Yemen, one of the world’s poorest nations, since 2014, targeting civilians rather than military sites. He noted Trump and Tulsi Gabbard opposed this under Biden (Trump in 2023, Tulsi in 2019, calling it a humanitarian disaster), yet now support it under Trump’s administration, contradicting their earlier non-interventionist stances.
6. Media’s Pro-War Stance: Dore accused CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and all corporate media of being consistently pro-war, citing their support for conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, and now Yemen. He predicted they’d back a future Iran war, arguing their focus on the leak rather than the bombing reveals their alignment with the war machine.
7. Not America’s Problem: Dore argued the Yemen conflict, tied to Houthi attacks on Red Sea shipping lanes, isn’t a U.S. issue but Israel’s and Europe’s. He suggested the Houthis act in solidarity with Palestinians, and the U.S. involvement stems from Israel’s actions—like breaking ceasefires and bombing Gaza—which corporate media ignores.
8. Viewer Responses and Rebuttals: Dore shared and debunked social media critiques:
- Some asked for alternatives to bombing Yemen. Dore replied it’s not the U.S.’s problem to solve—Israel and Europe should handle it—and accused critics of falling for war propaganda.
- Others noted Houthi attacks on merchant ships. Dore reiterated it’s irrelevant to U.S. interests, calling it “Israel’s war.”
- A comment questioned bowing to Yemen. Dore clarified he wants U.S. military out of the Middle East, not submission, decrying the 400+ U.S. bases as part of an imperialist agenda.
9. Underlying Motive: Dore tied the Yemen bombing to Israel’s interests, claiming Netanyahu benefits from prolonged conflict to avoid returning hostages, which would halt justification for occupying Gaza and the West Bank. He called the U.S. a terrorist actor in the region for enabling this.
Dore framed the segment as exposing media hypocrisy and war-mongering, applauding the VA Secretary’s defiance while condemning the broader narrative that obscures the illegality and immorality of U.S. actions in Yemen.

"Cryptocurrency: The Key to Unlocking Financial Freedom and Beyond"
McAfee argues that cryptocurrency, starting with Bitcoin, was born from a dream of financial independence, which he sees as the root of all freedoms.
He critiques the current system, where centralized powers like governments and banks control economies, leaving individuals as "slaves" to corporations and regulations. He highlights cryptocurrency’s peer-to-peer, trustless, and permissionless nature as a way to escape this control.
However, he warns that seeking government approval for such a system is contradictory and temporary, predicting that decentralized exchanges will soon make regulations unenforceable.
McAfee views blockchain as a revolutionary tool—not just for finance but for preserving truth in history—ultimately offering humanity a chance to achieve true freedom from economic manipulation. He urges the audience to embrace this shift, acknowledging human nature’s tendency to prioritize self-interest when unrestricted.
