In light of the recent Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas decision on January 28, 2022, https://cases.justia.com/pennsylvania/commonwealth-court/2022-293-m-d-2021.pdf?ts=1643386855 ruling that all mail-in ballots cast are no longer valid as a result of the Unconstitutional Act 77 since its passing in October 2019, I, as the Chairman of the one of the Political Parties of the County, look forward to you, as the County Commissioner to correct the certified results from the following elections that tabulated these unconstitutionally cast mail-in ballots:

It is my duty to not only inform you to correct the illegally cast mail-in ballots so that the people of our county have faith and confidence in an election, but it is also my obligation under the US Constitution’s Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2, to inform the State Legislature, President of the Senate Jake Corman and Speaker of the House Bryan Cutler to inform them of the impact this correction has on the federal election of Nov 3, 2020 and the certain requirement to correct Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes cast for United States President and United States Vice President.

Thus, the undersigned county Political Party Chairmen urge all Pennsylvania County Commissioners throughout the Commonwealth to correct their election certifications for the aforementioned elections to be in line with the Court’s ruling and thus absolving themselves from any criminal, civil or constitutional liability.

Notice the timing of the hit piece today. It comes out:

1. immediately after President Trump calls out Mike Pence in his emails this week (finally having the courage to call him out amidst the Emerald Robinson truth bomb on substack)
2. after Trump hosts fundraiser for America First presumptive freshman Congressman Joe Kent at Mar-A-Lago (who has called out Congressman Kevin McCarthy for supporting the impeachment 10Rs-Congresswoman Cheney being one) Keep in mind Mike Pence adores her father Richard Cheney.
3. after Trump conducting an interview calling out Senator Lindsay Graham as “a RINO” and
4. after Trump calling on the resignation of New Hampshire Governor Sununu (his dad was George HW Bush Chief of Staff) for his unconstitutional arresting of Nine silent protestors
5. Trump and DeSantis both announced to be attending CPAC, but not Pence
6. RNC voted to Censure Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger
7. ~60% don’t buy into the 2020 election results and another ~11% aren’t sure

How does the uniparty respond?
1. They task their NY-based disinformation purveyor to run an attack piece against Patriots exposing the MASSIVE CORRUPTION,
2. At the same time tasks their DC-based disinformation purveyor to write a story to defend the toxic cowardess of Mike Pence.

Amidst all of it, the timing and content and players involved appear to have the fingerprints of Brennan and/or Pence’s camp, where they have a former CIA surrogate make an outlandish/false and defamatory statement against me. I have always pushed for audits, election integrity in a legal, moral, ethical, peaceful and patriotic manner. Other than my own personal refutation, I have eyewitnesses that unequivocally refute the attempted false smear by this former CIA officer.

Key takeaways from the hit piece, Pence and Pelosi are running scared as the J6 narrative is crumbling, meanwhile Pence's chances of a 2024 bid are fading since at this point over 60% of voters see that the 2020 election was run in an unconstitutional manner and was far from being the "Most safe and secure election in America" as per Chris Krebs, a man that came into President Trump's first term under the tutelage of none other than Mike Pence. Lets remember that Pence agreed in a recent interview that the States violated the US Constitution when they ran their elections in a manner outside of the election laws, thus triggering a US Constitutional violation. Yet he opted to let Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 to be completely VIOLATED!

Lastly, mounting evidence is showing that:

It is possible that Nancy Pelosi tasked her Sergeant at Arms, Paul Irving (whom served as the Sgt at Arms for John Boehner and Paul Ryan, both anti-Trump) to conduct what appears to have been a covert action on Capitol Grounds to facilitate the unlawful entry of the Capitol by Patriots in order to create a narrative that would justify draconian measures on almost entirely peaceful rally attendees that entered the Capitol to peacefully redress their grievances and any other supporters of the US Constitution.

January 5: One eye witness saw John Sullivan meet with Michiel Vos (Speaker Pelosi’s Sone in Law) at the W Hotel, and stayed at a room adjacent to him. At about the same time that Nancy Pelosi met with DC Mayor Muriel Bowser to decline the offer of 10k National Guard troops from the Office of Secretary of Defense.

Later that night at Freedom Plaza, Ray Epps started recruiting people to motivate in order to entrap patriots to attack the Capitol on January 6.

By the end of this day, at least 147 US House members and growing by the minute, to include Kevin McCarthy as well as 10 US Senators and growing by the minute indicated their intention to object to the electors from the contested States.

January 6: Ray Epps, possibly at the instruction of House Sgt. At Arms facilitates the initial breach of the Capitol restricted grounds. Meanwhile individuals dressed in BlackBlock, which is normally attributed to Antifa (possibly organized trained and equipped by John Sullivan), appeared to have been at the initial breach site based on footage by Revolver.news and others. Then, conveniently the Capitol magnetic doors were open while there was practically no resistance nor verbal warnings to those that entered the Capitol. Then, John Sullivan cheers in glee with his videographer Jade Sacker and tells her that they did it and that he told her this would be great footage. Was their premeditation to this act? Lastly, we see video footage of John Sullivan at the head of the tour to the Speaker’s lobby where Ashil Babbitt is subsequently murdered. Was Sullivan tasked by Michiel Vos of the tactical plan the day before to do just this?

January 7:
House and Senate Sgts at Arms resign hours after the certification of the electoral college. The House Sgt at Arms has reportedly defended Pelosi stating that he refused the 10k DC National Guard troops due to optics, meanwhile USCP three days prior requested the support based on intel. Did they resign to protect their involvement in the alleged Coup? More investigative journalists need to keep digging.

February:
Speaker Pelosi and Chuck Schumer halt the Senate Impeachment Trial after Pelosi was to be the first witness. Did she refuse as it would have exposed her possible involvement in the J6 breach and subsequent successful coup as assessed above and below?

Assessment: Pelosi/Pence (Uniparty) had to come up with a plan to stop the possible electoral college objections which would have been seen by the entire world as each objection period was 2 hours each and the evidence would have supported for the remaining members of the house and senate that had yet to have an opportunity to study the illegalities of the elections come to the side of the objectors. Congress, the Article I branch of government, as a separate and coequal branch of government has full stop authority of what occurs on Capitol Grounds and the Speaker of the House, particularly during the joint session is arguably the Judge, Jury and Executionary of anything that happens therein, and thus has the prosecutorial discretion regarding any and all activity in the Capitol. Could this be why Ray Epps was pulled off of the FBI’s most wanted list website? Could that be the case for others?

II. Stewart Rhodes??? Was he arrested immediately after he was called as a witness in another trial to keep him silent so that he would not disclose under oath his involvement in what is hypothesized above?
III. John Sullivan-How was it possible that he and Jade below were on CNN immediately after they took “the best footage” and how is it that he knew it would be great footage and that “I told you so” when he was speaking with Jade Sacker? Who was John Sullivan tasked by to breach the capitol? Did he train anyone else? What was his meeting with Vos about on J5?
