Just did the math. To buy one loaf of organic bread at the store here is about $6-7 and the quality is not satisfying most of the time. When we bake our own bread (the usual) we spend about $2 a loaf for better ingredients and a much more satisfying loaf of bread. Why aren’t you baking your own bread?

If we play the game right, plan ahead, buy in bulk, closer to the source, we can feed more children, healthier and for cheaper than we could buying small packages for fewer people from the grocery stores, which may or may not be accessible. Azure holds their sources to a high standard. If there isn’t a drop in your area, create one.

A bit of background on the Wim Hof method if anyone wants to do some further study.
There are 3 main known practices related to achieving the results of being able to overcome environmental influence, and a few others which are less known.
These are the Wim Hof method which is a very effective modern creation which is largely adapted from the Tibetan Buddhist practice of Tummo, a word that means inner fire.
Another method of achieving this state is the Taoist internal alchemy practice of cauldron breathing or 3 cauldrons practice.
Interestingly the Taoist 3 cauldrons is nearly identical to what is described in the celtic poem the cauldron of poesy.

Homemade medicine : honey onion syrup
Sometimes you cannot prevent getting a cold. Coughing is one of the most annoying side-effects.
Luckly, nature gave us a good medicine against coughing.
Take an onion, slice it and put it into a closable jar. Add as much honey as necessary, so the onion is covered in it.
Put it into a cold place over night.
The honeys sugar will draw the fluids out of the onions and mix with it. You will end up with a fluid, which is sweet and has a scent of onion.
Consume 3 teaspoons daily (morning, noon, evening) and watch your status improve.

Medicine out of garlic and sugar
Take 0.25l of water, chop 4 cloves of garlic to small pieces and add together with 6 soup spoons full of sugar.
Let everything lightly boil for 15-20 minutes.
Collect the fluid and pass the garlic through a screen into a bottle or jar.
Take about 4cl of the fluid three times a day. It will clear your bronchia.

In the Proto-Indo-European language there are many words for animals and few for fruits, veggies, and grains suggesting a meat-based diet.
Combined with the fact that for example the Scythians were nomadic pastoralists makes the Keto diet a peak #IndoEuropean way of nutrition.

Elderflower Syrup
(for ca 2,5 l)
Ingredients:
1 l water
1 kg sugar/birch sugar (xylitol)
200 ml lemon juice (or 15 g citric acid)
1 lemon (organic)
20 elderflowers (or more)
mint
Mix sugar, water and lemon juice in a tall glass jar until the sugar is dissolved. Add flowers, mint and sliced lemons, stir well. Let rest in a cool place. Stir well twice a day. Syrup is done when there won't be sugar on the bottom of the glass jar, min. 3 days, so the elderflowers will give a lot of flavour. Filtrate the flowers and lemons through a linen cloth and fill the syrup into clean glass bottles. You can also boil the syrup for a bit, before filling it into bottles, but it will damage the vitamins. The syrup will be preserved for a while even without cooking. Instead of household sugar, you can use xylitol.
