This formula is developed to ensure:
✔️ Prevent minting too many tokens
✔️ Meet the demand for INO sale

🔻$HUB minting formula: 25%*N*Token price = M $INO_sale

In which:
▪️N = the number of new tokens minted (100% allocated following the tokenomic scheme except for Seed and Private sale)
▪️Token price = 60% of 10-day-average market price (40% discount price)
▪️M = 2 (initially, to be revised twice a year to prevent token inflation)
