A BALANCED MICROBIOME keeps pathogenic (overzealous) microbes (bacteria/fungi) in check ... so you don't end up with distressed dying cells that give up the ghost, breaking down into exosomes (aka, viruses)
A recent client of mine, an unjabbed nurse, presented with intractable fever and fatigue. She tested high for 4-cresol, a biomarker for Clostridium dificil (c. diff) in the organic acids test (OAT) from the above article on microbiome balance: "another unpleasant example is Clostridioides difficile (C. diff), a culprit behind intestinal infection, gut inflammation, and diarrhea, among other things. Although this bacteria is very common and many people are naturally exposed to it, its proliferation and toxicity in the gut are suppressed by a healthy microbiome."
"It is extraordinary that the CDC’s withdrawal of the test received no attention from the media or politicians"
