The Human “Virome”
When most people think of “viruses,” they think of invisible floating invaders from outside which find a way to inhabit the body taking over host cells and multiplying out of control until disease occurs. They are under the false assumption that what are referred to as “viruses” do not belong to our own bodies (endogenous) but must come from some outside source (exogenous). However, this is clearly not the case according to the newest scientific evidence as it is claimed that the human body is full of what virologists call “viruses.” In fact, when you look at the evidence presented to us today, the human genome is primarily made up of “viruses:” However, are we really walking talking "viruses" or is our own genetic material bring sequenced and sold back to us as frightening new boogeymen?

Google is so corrupt that it "hides" other search systems from us. We just don't know the existence of most of them.
Meanwhile, there are still a huge number of excellent searchers in the world who specialize in books, science, other smart information.
Keep a list of sites you never heard of.
www.refseek.com - Academic Resource Search. More than a billion sources: encyclopedia, monographies, magazines.
www.worldcat.org - a search for the contents of 20 thousand worldwide libraries. Find out where lies the nearest rare book you need.
https://link.springer.com - access to more than 10 million scientific documents: books, articles, research protocols.
www.bioline.org.br is a library of scientific bioscience journals published in developing countries.
https://repec.org - volunteers from 102 countries have collected almost 4 million publications on economics and related science.
www.science.gov is an American state search engine on 2200+ scientific sites. More than 200 million articles are indexed.
www.pdfdrive.com is the largest website for free download of books in PDF format. Claiming over 225 million names.
www.base-search.net is one of the most powerful researches on academic studies texts. More than 100 million scientific documents, 70% of them are free.

IS IT A VIRUS or IS IT A MAST CELL/HISTAMINE REACTION? When mast cells go haywire they can create a variety of effects ranging from inducing inducing/fighting cancer to making one allergic to pretty much everything. And respiratory illnesses.
LET'S TALK ENZYMES (GENES OF INFLAMMATION AND DETOXIFICATION) Diamine oxidase (DAO) and histamine n-methyltransferase (HNMT) are two enzymes that breakdown histamine.
DAO is dependent on P5P and HNMT is dependent on SAM-e to break down histamine.
Histamine is usually excreted via urine and metabolites (such as n-methylhistamine).
In the brain, histamine is highly dependent on MAO-B.

Variants (or SNPs, slight changes in genetic code) in these enzymes (genes) causes them to "do more" or "do less" depending on the enzyme variant.

☀️Vitamin D3 (25-hydroxyvitamin D)☀️
✅ Vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin (technically a steroid hormone) that many people become deficient in when the sun goes down, or from spending too much time indoors, is essential for optimal immune functioning. In fact, vitamin D receptors are expressed for the majority of immune cells.
✅ Vitamin D is highly effective at treating various “autoimmune disorders” such as inflamamtory bowel disease (IBD), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis
✅ A study conducted on more than 2,000 women found that women with the highest levels of vitamin D had the longest telomeres, five times longer than women with the lowest levels. Sunlight, the best source of vitamin D, causes the body to produce nitric oxide which directly activates telomerase, the enzyme that repairs telomeres.
✅ Improves sleep... Sleep controlling nuclei and the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), the “master clock” of the body, highly express vitamin D receptors. Furthermore, vitamin D is required for synthesis of melatonin.
✅ Acts as a very powerful epigenetic substance (activates thousands of gene expressions associated with healing). Roughly 3-4% of our genome is influenced by vitamin D by activating the vitamin D receptor (VDR); more than 11,000 genes under direct or indirect VDR control
✅ Adequate vitamin D is needed for calcium absorption and healthy bones & teeth
✅ Vitamin D bioavailability is superior when taken with glutathione compared with vitamin D alone
✅ Protects the gut by strengthening gut barrier, increasing growth of beneficial bacteria (such as Akkermansia muciniphila), decreasing growth of “pathogenic” bacteria, and controlling the expression of antimicrobial peptides. Vitamin D deficiency decreases the production of defensins, which are anti-microbial molecules essential to maintain healthy gut flora
✅ Vitamin D has potent anti-inflammatory effects
✅ Up-regulates neurotrophins, such as Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), which are a family of proteins that induce the development, function, and survival of nerve and brain cells
✅ Protects against and treats depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Brain serotonin is synthesized from tryptophan by tryptophan hydroxylase 2, which is transcriptionally activated by vitamin D
✅ Decreases risk of metabolic syndrome
✅ Signs of deficiency: Impaired immunity, hair loss/thinning, weak bones/fractures, leaky gut (intestinal permeability), mood disorders, joint pain, lethargy, high levels of inflammation
✅ Depletion factors: High cortisol, kidney damage, cholecystectomy (reduced absorption of fat-soluble vitamins), sunscreens (sunscreen with a sun protection factor, or SPF, of 8 reduces cutaneous production of UVB by more than 95% and a sunscreen with an SPF of 15 will reduce this to more than 98%), minimal sun exposure, dark skin, cystic fibrosis, pancreatic disorders, muscle weakness
