That's a wonderful question! I believe that every child in our family, regardless of their age, is capable of participating in solving problems that come our way. Age doesn't determine one's ability to contribute. In Halton, we encourage all our children, including the youngest, to take part in finding solutions. Each of them has their own important role, and they are very precious to us. We guide them gently with love and patience so they can learn responsibility, empathy, and teamwork. They are capable, they have their own unique perspectives, and they have every right to voice their feelings and be part of the solution. At the end of the day, everything becomes much easier and more meaningful when we solve problems together as a family, kan?
