To clarify, in the Children figure, there are two types of interviews: Eldest and Youngest. The Eldest questions is assigned to Eldest and Middle figures, and also for those born in 2006 who has already turned the legal age. Those who haven’t reached legal age yet, will receive the Youngest questions. Hope this clears up your curiosity!
