That’s a really good question, thanks for asking. When we face a problem, we believe the best way to handle it is through open and honest discussion. By listening to each other carefully, we’re able to understand the issue from multiple points of view. From there, we reflect together and choose a solution that is fair and considerate of everyone involved.

^ Same here. Since communication is the only thing we can do for sure, we've learnt to understand each other's views, and make sure everyone in the family is included in any discussion, that somehow leads us to provide ourselves to become better in the future.

When it comes to a problem, everyone can get through them, so, communication is our main priority every time we face something. We always talk about issues openly in the group instead of in private messages. Usually, we reach out to the official account of Halton @TheHaltons or to Uncle and Mama first, then tell them what we are feeling. Later, the person in charge will start the discussion in the group openly and generally. We put each other's feelings first and make sure no one feels ignored or left out. I believe a healthy family is one that is brave enough to speak up and ready to listen.
