It's time for a debate

The Racine County Sheriff’s Office has recently been contacted by complainants who have reported apparent vulnerabilities to fraudulent voting within the website My Vote Wisconsin (https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/).

With only a person’s name and date of birth, anyone can request another person’s ballot and have that ballot sent to any address entered. No photo identification is needed, and the requester can make a declaration of being indefinitely confined – thus, for the current and future elections, the requestor will be sent someone else’s ballot at the different address entered.

One complainant tested this vulnerability and had a second party request their ballot and had that ballot sent to the second party’s address. The second party was successful in obtaining the first party’s ballot.

Another complainant requested the ballot of two prominent government officials and numerous individuals from around the state. This complainant reported he was successful in ordering these ballots be sent to the complainant’s home because he knew these individuals’ dates of birth and without showing any form of photo identification.

Based upon this serious threat to voter integrity, the Sheriff’s Office has contacted the Wisconsin Attorney General’s Office and the Wisconsin Elections Commission.

While My Vote Wisconsin has many useful capabilities and provides valuable information, the Sheriff’s Office is calling for the immediate suspension of the function within My Vote Wisconsin where a person can request another’s absentee ballot and have it mailed to a different address, with or without showing any proper photo identification. The Sheriff’s Office is calling for the immediate suspension of the function allowing for the declaration of being indefinitely confined, which allows for ballots to be sent to different addresses for “All future elections”. Lastly, based upon the concerns of the community, the Sheriff’s Office is requesting a full, state-wide, investigation into this voter integrity issue by the Attorney General’s Office and the Wisconsin Election Commission to ensure the voting process is secure and that appropriate safeguards are in place.

To determine if there was any fraudulent activity associated with your or anyone else’s voting history, go to My Vote Wisconsin and enter a valid name and date of birth to see that person’s absentee status and voting activity. If you believe there are potential legal violations, you are encouraged to contact your local law enforcement agency.

Sheriff Schmaling stated, “I am disheartened by the apparent vulnerabilities in My Vote Wisconsin that are ripe for fraud, and everyone – no matter their political leanings – should join in requesting a thorough, state-wide, investigation into this significant election integrity issue.”

SUBJECT: The ease of harvesting election ballots online is nothing short of stunning.

Significant vulnerabilities at Request An Absentee Ballot (wi.gov) have been identified where anyone with a smartphone or computer can order an absentee ballot online in someone’s else’s name and have that absentee ballot sent to an address other than the registered voter. All you need is the date of birth.

Further, the I.D. of anyone requesting these absentee ballots is not requested or required.

Yesterday evening to prove how easily absentee ballots can be nefariously ordered, I went online and successfully ordered absentee ballots in Cory Mason and Robin Vos’s name to be shipped to my address.

I selected these two high profile public figures because they are scofflaws, have no respect for law and are among the most disingenuous and notorious fraudsters within our state. Both in their own way have contributed to the demise of the public’s lack of confidence in our elections.

I will of course return their absentee ballots should they arrive.

To further support and verify our findings, I obtained permission to order absentee ballots from numerous individuals from around the state and successfully ordered their absentee ballots to be shipped to my address without their assistance. These efforts verified that a very large-scale absentee ballot harvesting scheme with nefarious intentions is easily accomplished due to a lack of a secure website along with the maladministration and malfeasance of WEC officials.

Recognizing the destruction of our republic is imminent with continued voter fraud, the need of an informed public is paramount. We will be providing the public with these recent findings immediately.

I stand ready to be charged for exposing these voting vulnerabilities when I ordered Mason’s and Vos’s absentee ballot online, all without providing a photo I.D. or identifying myself.

We are still a republic where we elect our servant / leaders. Servant leaders govern with our consent and the public’s consent is currently weaning to a possible point of no return.

As a citizen, I am disgusted and appalled with the continued systematic failures of WEC to secure our elections.

As citizens and elected officials, I urge all of you to act upon this information immediately, take actions to nullify the current early voting ballots, secure our elections and be a force to quash all voter fraud within our state.

Unfortunately, it appears that Robin Vos has fallen into the bizarre world where it makes sense to him to cooperate with Democrats against Conservatives like so many other Rinos. As Speaker he can slip language into State bills and not tell the others in his party. We find that very revealing. SB214 is one such case, this deeply unpopular Bill allows Absentee ballots to be counted prior to the actual election as well as be scanned so the actual ballots are then not needed.  The previously existing law only let absentee ballots be counted starting on the day of elections and the paper ballots had to be retained. Vos took the language from SB214 and snuck it into other bills on three separate occasions with it getting passed on the third try by being hidden in SB946 which did pass.

There are many questions and doubts about the integrity of elections. To anyone that disagrees, I recommend watching ” 2000 Mules” for some conclusive proof. Yet, Vos does something that makes it worse and not for any sort of reason that solves a problem.  Counting ballots on the day of the election helps ensure integrity–counting ballots before lends itself to cheating.  Knowing the results of absentee ballots prior to the elections is exactly the information needed to cheat. Nothing more, nothing less.
