Лимит загружаемых в Telegram файлов был увеличен. Теперь пользователь может загрузить любое медиа весом до 2 гигабайт. Ранее лимит был равен 1.5 Гб.

Возможность загружать файлы до 2 Гб появится в стабильной версии Telegram 6.3.
