It works same as heroku. so you have to redeploy app after adding Buildpacks otherwise it won't be available in app. As soon as you deploy app those Buildpacks will be available on your app.

now bot will send video with watermark, without watermark and video information.

If anyone have problem with any link just send link to @HKbotsupport with a screenshot.

1. No watermark video upload problem.

2. Added watermark video and info for https://vt......com/......

3. Added 2 API to get without watermark video. one official and another non official.

Still you are fetching problem send url first. Then send a screenshot on @HKBotsupport
