(Art.6) "Any practice or policy that has the aim or effect of changing the demographic composition of a region in which a national, ethnic, linguistic or other minority or an autochthonous population is resident, whether through expulsion, relocation and/or through the settlement of settlers or any combination thereof, is unlawful."
◼️ State-planned migration via the UN Migration Pact or UN Replacement Population can only be understood as "settlement of settlers" in terms of its consequences.
