🇧🇪 A man is in critical condition after being attacked by two migrants armed with a hammer at a tram station in Brussels

Footage filmed by tram passengers shows the assailants threatening the victim and then fleeing before police caught them in the corridors. One of them held a hammer and struck the victim in the face during a robbery attempt.

It is reported that the brutal fight broke out because the migrants tried to rob the man.

The main victim was taken to hospital in critical condition.

Police detained two suspects but are still withholding their identities and nationalities.

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Belgrade, UKP, Department for the Suppression of Blood, Sexual, Traffic Crimes and Human Trafficking, on the orders of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, arrested a Turkish citizen K. E. (2001), due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder against a twenty-eight-year-old Russian citizen.

He is suspected of having killed a twenty-eight-year-old woman in a rented apartment in Borča on July 26 this year in the morning hours, and then packed her body in a suitcase and transported it to the Vizelj water canal, where he hid it.

The police arrested K.E. at the Nikola Tesla Airport while attempting to leave Serbia.🇷🇸
