The two-on-one attack left the victim so traumatised he has since left the state.

The fact that the information was true was considered irrelevant to the assessment:

She was convicted of aggravated defamation—based on her status as a minor at the time of the incident—and ordered to pay 30,000 SEK (2,700 euros) in damages to the man. Additionally, she must pay a fine of 5,000 SEK.
