🔹 BOIR Update for U.S. Companies 🔹

According to a presidential directive, the U.S. Treasury will no longer impose fines or conduct audits related to BOIR compliance for American corporations.

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) still requires report submissions on its website. However, since FinCEN does not have enforcement authority, it cannot impose penalties on businesses for non-compliance.

As a result, while filing remains technically mandatory, most accountants and lawyers (including our team) believe there will be no consequences for not submitting the report.
