It appears that Iran has not only implemented a Continuity of Government protocol, but something that bears similarity to Jon Herold's Devolution Theory.

Back in early August, in response to the 12-Day War, Iranian media--quoting the Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council—that the leadership had approved the establishment of the National Defense Council within the framework of Article 176 of the Iranian Constitution.

A report from September stated: "Iranian Deputy Interior Minister for Security and Law Enforcement and National Security Council (NSC) Secretary Ali Akbar Pour Jamshidian stated on September 27 that the Supreme National Security Council (SCNC) had directed all Iranian military and civilian officials to designate several successors to ensure continuity of governance in the event of leadership disruption."

Other reports from Iranian media around this time advised that there could be structural changes to the Supreme National Security Council, with a focus on the "separation of defense and security affairs from each other." The report emphasized that efforts were being to rebuild the intelligence and security institutions.

The Financial Times of London is now reporting on these developments, affirming that President Pezeshkian has "devolved" the authority of the central government to the governors of the 31 provinces that make up the country, permitting them to pursue "imports without foreign currency" through unconventional trade methods (such as bartering) and allowing them to bypass normal bureaucratic procedures.

We now have a pattern emerging of President Trump ostensibly picking fights with countries that then implement COG protocols in order to thwart regime change insurgency operations, suggesting that the target countries are actually working with Trump behind the scenes.

🚨🇮🇷🇮🇱 ISRAEL’S CYBER NIGHTMARE: Iran Intel causes panic

An assessment from an Israeli security analyst on Channel 12 reveals that the primary threat from Tehran may no longer be its fire power. The Iranian intelligence infiltration and cyber capabilities now pose a "far stronger" danger than its missile arsenal, describing the depth of acquired data as "highly alarming."

This infiltration is a calculated psychological campaign designed to deliver a "cognitive blow", eroding public morale and encouraging emigration, with an impact that could surpass physical attacks. The mechanism is a sophisticated "cyber army," coordinating Hebrew-language propaganda on Telegram and deploying hacking collectives like "Hanzala." This silent warfare has seen high-profile successes, like compromising the phones of War Minister Israel Katz, former PM Naftali Bennett's Telegram account, and devices of other top officials.

Iran's most dangerous weapon now is the fusion of technology and human intelligence, like turning personal devices into tools for tracking, interception, and monitoring.

🗣 Key takeaways from US State Secretary Marco Rubio’s statements during a hearing of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee:

▪️The United States has no intention of using military force against Venezuela again and expects that this will not be necessary

▪️The United States has fully substituted the “light crude” from Russia in deliveries of Venezuelan oil to global markets

▪️The United States plans to resume its diplomatic presence in Venezuela "very quickly"

▪️The North Atlantic Alliance needs to undergo a transformation in how allies fulfill their obligations, as Europe has experienced an erosion of its military potential

▪️The United States does not rule out conducting a military operation against Iran and intends to continue building up its military presence in the Middle East

▪️The parties are discussing security guarantees for Ukraine which may include sending British and French troops there alongside US support

▪️Russia has yet to consent to any possible security guarantees for Kiev, but the United States is ready to provide them

▪️The territorial issues regarding Ukraine have not yet been resolved, but the contradictions are narrowing

▪️The US wants NATO to make Arctic security one of its priorities

▪️Regime change in Cuba "would be of great benefit to the United States" but the US is not "going to make a change"

▪️The Board of Peace is not a replacement for the UN

For Mali, Refining Gold Domestically is a Matter of Economic Sovereignty: Analyst

The absence of a gold refinery in Mali “for years” was “truly a catastrophe,” the president of the Malian Association for the Promotion of Mineral Resources told Sputnik Africa.

Djibril Diallo
explained that gold is always accompanied by by-products such as palladium, copper, or platinum. “But unfortunately, if you export it in its raw state, you lose all of those products.”

“What prevented the State from establishing a refinery for years and years? Personally, I haven’t found an explanation. I tell myself it was a lack of political will, and also a lack of strategic vision,” he pointed out.

According to him, “as long as we continue to export in the raw state, not only will we fail to control actual production, but we will also fail to control the financial flows it generates.”

“So it was truly strategic for Mali to reach an agreement with Russia, a long-standing partner in many sectors, in order to establish this gold refinery.”

From the Jerusalem Post.

They literally can't figure out what Trump is trying to achieve, and that's the point. He has taken the very serious soap opera that is politics and turned it into a professional wrestling soap opera, and the people still operating in the previous paradigm can't make sense of the new script's plotline. They genuinely think that he is a dog chasing cars in traffic, and changing his mind with each passing day on what he is going to do, or whether he likes Putin/Zelensky/Xi.

They don't think he operates with a master plan or vision, despite a prolific career in real estate development that requires both of those things.

That's called "The Fog of War."

From the article:

"For those trying to unravel the mystery of what US President Donald Trump will decide about whether or not to attack Iran, and what he could possibly be thinking with his dizzying zigzags on the issue during January, at this point, it all probably boils down to one question: Is he seeking a nuclear and ballistic missile deal or regime change?

If he is seeking a deal on Iran's nuclear program and its ballistic missiles program, he can probably get some kind of agreement.

He would need to backpedal on a lot of his rhetoric against the Iranian regime in general, and against Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in particular.

But he knows how to do that: witness his whiplash-inducing policy shifts on whether he likes/dislikes/hates Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Greenland, and others."

Who is the lead investor for xAI?

Saudi Arabia— specifically, Kingdom Holdings, which is the venture capital firm founded by Prince Alaweed bin Talal. (Prince Dopey)

What the MSM won't tell you (though Bloomberg did initially report on it) is that MBS took over Kingdom Holdings' $12 billion portfolio in early 2018, and granted himself final say on all investment decisions. After keeping Bin Talal prisoner for 6+ months, and allegedly torturing him for information, MBS decided to release him back into the wild, and allow Bin Talal to continue serving as the public face of Kingdom Holdings with no actual power.

🌪 THROWBACK: Pat Buchanan can’t hide his frustration over neocon buffoon’s Iran blathering

💬 “Sean, your friend Bibi’s been talking about Iran getting the bomb since 1992. In 2006 he said they’d be building 25 bombs by the end of the decade. Are they? No!” the paleoconservative commentator and ex-presidential candidate told Fox News host Sean Hannity in 2015.

♦️ When Hannity recommended ruling out talks with Iran until Tehran stopped “fighting proxy wars” and “funding groups like Hezbollah,” Buchanan dropped a truth bomb:

💬 “In Syria, in Iraq, the Iranians and their allies Hezbollah, the Shiite militia are fighting ISIS, they’re fighting al-Qaeda. The Houthi rebels in Yemen are fighting ISIS and al-Qaeda…Who are they killing, Sean?! They are killing our enemies!”

♦️ Buchanan is the unofficial intellectual father of the modern America First movement, touting the same non-interventionist, NATO-skeptic, protectionist, anti-illegal immigration rhetoric in the 1990s that got Trump elected in the 2010s, but with two key differences: actually meaning what he says, and being a consistent critic of the Israel lobby.
