Your heroku dyno over you have 3 choices for re-Filling The dyno They are mentioning Below.
1.> Transfer The Heroku App To another Heroku account.[Second Accounts Need Dyno Then only bot works]
2.> Buy a paid Server And Host On it. [NeedS Money if you are able To pay for it].
3.> Or Use HManager App and schedule on/off Dyno on A particular interval of time. [Time is Your Wish For Setting up your it. I recommend night 10pm - Morning 4 or 5Am.
