I had forgotten what a difference aloe vera makes to how you feel! Seriously, the first thing I did when I got home was drink some aloe vera!! Ahhhh... I felt better so fast! I put about 3 tablespoons of aloe vera juice in my drink each day, and my systems now run like clock-work! LOVE IT!!
