قسمت یازدهم: بهبود چشمگیر دیابت نوع دو با رژیم کتوژنیک (مصاحبه با امین)
امین حدود هشت سال پیش به بیماری (به قول خودش «اختلال») دیابت نوع دو دچار میشود .
او روشهای مختلفی را برای بهبود شرایط خود به کار میگیرد، اما هیچ یک از آنها به کارآمدی رژیم کتوژنیک نبودهاند.
او صرفاً با اعمال تنها بعضی از پایههای رژیم کتوژنیک توانسته است، ظرف کمتر از دو ماه، سطوح قند خون خود را متعادل کند، وزن خود را کاهش دهد، و کبد چرب خود را درمان کند!
امین در این مصاحبه به صورت مفصل به تحلیل نتایج آزمایشهای خود میپردازد و تأثیر تغییر عوامل مختلف را در تغییرات مشاهده شده در آزمایشهایش بررسی میکند.
