We are an established affiliation of like-minded men that regularly train.

Meet ups held weekly in DFW.

Grappling and striking instruction/sparring with coaches for all experience levels— as well as lifting and conditioning.

High level of strength/hypertrophy/nutrition available.

Open to all levels of fitness and experience— so long as one has the right attitude and willingness to show up and work hard.

High level of community with frequent social gatherings, family-friendly events, and constant outings and activities.
