Blades might call that wasted youth slipped away but in those hours deep-root holding fast wellspring fed knowledge I hold within treasure they’ve not found. Smudge reach-out to me and make ‘em fields dreamer lost in dandelion for all the busy bees. I chased foolish others toiled their futures planned those hours spent in idling aimless quest no prize no weighty degre held deep within my breast. Perhaps I should have striven goals more tangible different truth is driven: was spent becoming who I feel however small and brief is not a waste it leaves and seeds unshakeable belief.
