I want to tell you something. I’ve been thinking about this for days, and I’ve finally reached a conclusion.

Copy trading is dead. It was great up until 2024. People used to go to great lengths just to find the wallets of successful traders. But just as you started making money after finding one, that person would create a new wallet.

If there’s anyone hoping to make money through copy trading, they might as well go squander their cash on betting sites. At least that way, you’d have more fun.

Lately, copy trading has become the method of lazy morons who don't know how to do their own research. If you are a moron, feel free to keep losing money with copy trading of losers.

Instead of copy trading, learn to sniff out the trends yourself and stay on the alert.

You only start making money the day you become the one being imitated, rather than the imitator.

If a lot of people are "aping" into a token on FOMO one after another, know that the dev is very cunning. He has paid them the money to ape in—essentially, he has bought them off. But worse yet, just 10 minutes prior, he sent each of them a portion of the supply—at least 1% each.

When one person buys in due to FOMO, at least 5 or 6 others follow suit because they are watching that person. Right when that volume builds up, the dev dumps his bags. In other words, he’s farming them and you.

Some savvy FOMO KOLs start selling their airdropped tokens before the dev does. Those homoKOLs are screwed, though, because the next time around, that same dev won't go to them to make a deal.

So, what’s the takeaway here?

FOMO and manual copy-trading aren't as great as you think they are anymore.

I signed up recently myself, but I still can't bring myself to like it.

Devs used to slide into our DMs asking, "How much for a call on your channel?" Yes, they’d approach us in that amateurish way. But it was genuine.

Do you know what they ask now?

"Do you use FOMO? How many followers do you have?" Every single one of these assholes has turned into a statistics expert trying to farm you. Don't fall for it.

I don't trust 90% of the trades on FOMO; they’re all inorganic.

Not a KOL token, or cabal one. It's fully organic, very good narrative, never been done and equal narratives did min 200 mil ATH. The rest is all about how you and all other guys in this market look at it.

There was nothing worth to share today tbh.

I'm still a hard believer on $HOMER, and just waiting it to moon to multi digit millions in minutes, once CZ interacts or someone known in CZ circle confirms he was called HOMER.

It's gone to 2.5 mil from 50k with just Coindesk post and CZ didn't have any time to interact yet because he was flying the last few days to some meetings. I'm sure he will have some time soon to interact with CoinDesk at least.

I don't say buy your bag but If you are smart enough, you can't find any better narrative than this one recently. Grab a bag and wait with patience. That's all I can say.

The only reason it’s currently under $500k mcap is, unfortunately, that the dev is impatiently selling off their bundle wallets. But that doesn't matter at all; in fact, it’s actually better for us, because the token is getting "cleaned up." Regardless of the price level, our target is $50–100 million or even more (provided CZ interacts with it, of course). Don't get hung up on the market cap at this stage—just fill your bags and forget about it. It could happen in 10 minutes or 10 days. Who knows?
