Google is adding another feature to the Gemini AI on Android which is already available on web version.

You can now stop responses before they are complete using the stop button. You will also have the option to regenerate response (refresh button)

Not available yet for everyone yet.

One thing Indian users should note that you will lose the ability to add payment cards (credit/debit cards) after you update your Google Wallet. Sideloading the app will not help ;)

Google has started testing the message editing feature for some users in Google Messages which means it could arrive soon.

You will soon have the gemini option in the Google app setting. This is another way of opting into using gemini (if not opted-in already). You don't need to install gemini app. If already opted-in, then it will just open the gemini chat window.

Here opt-in means going through the process of enabling gemini as your default assistant.

This option will open gemini settings (If gemini is set as default assistant). In a previous post I said that it will open gemini chat window (if set as the default assistant), but I was wrong. (Yes, it was opening a chat window before because of some other flag being active)
