WhatsApp is working on a new way for posting Video Notes directly from the Photo/Video posting UI (The camera icon) in chats.

Currently you can post video Notes by tapping the audio recording button, which basically switches between audio and Video Notes.

Google maps has added the option for "Show 3D buildings" during navigation. It has been in testing for some time. Google Maps beta version 11.125 makes it available for everyone. It has been already possible to view 3D buildings in normal map view through the 3D buildings layer option.

The option now syncs between Android and Android Auto as well (only on startup, thanks @nexusben1)

And when I use tags #Fuck9to5Google in some posts, people wonder why I use that. ☠️ They can do a better job at Android News reporting, but they don't.

Many people have already reported that this UI is already available for them in Google Play Services. So it's possible that this is either a completely intentional limited roll-out or it could be a mistake because as you can see in the video, the tab part is stuck halfway on top while scrolling which is completely a buggy behavior.

Since Google Tasks is also a part of Google Calendar, Google has decided to add the reminders from Google Keep to your Google Calendar as well.

Yesterday I reported about the migration of reminders from Google Keep to Google Tasks.
