The Russian Ministry of Finance has completed a bill that addresses crypto payments in the country. It states that crypto will become a recognized payment method that is "not a monetary unit of the Russian Federation."

Justin Sun sent the crypto world into a frenzy today announcing that Tron would launch a decentralized algorithmic stablecoin called USDD. The USDD stablecoin will be backed with $10 billion of crypto as collateral and be launched May 5th.
The USDD stablecoin will not be like USDT and USDC but instead like Terra's UST in that it will be algorithmic and will also offer a 30% interest rate.
