All participants are required to read and comply with the rules below before submitting a menfess:

I. During the event, all participants must use the designated hashtag and subscribe to the official channel. Menfess submitted without the proper format may not be posted.

II. All menfess must remain strictly in-character. Mundane or real-life topics are not permitted. This event is exclusively for roleplayers; therefore, please focus on memories and emotions that align with the New Year theme.

III. Participants are allowed to submit more than one menfess by sending them through a channel and providing their channel username in the required format. If you are submitting only one message, you may send it directly to the bot without formatting.

IV. The language used must be English. The use of other languages is strongly discouraged.

V. Please refrain from using harsh language, offensive expressions, or statements that may provoke conflict. Let us maintain a warm, cheerful, and safe New Year atmosphere for everyone.
