Admin opinion :
1/ It might sound immoral (and it is in some way) but ceremony or parade are great military targets, mass concentration of soldiers AND officers standing by not moving a muscle.
In Yemen and Libya it caused mass casualties and psychological, and in Sudan the RSF almost killed president Al-bhuran while doing in parade in Port Sudan
So yeah doing a ceremony even inside a building isnโt the smartest thing to do especially if you are near the border of your enemy.
2/ I do not recall the Russian nor Ukrainian forces ever targeting military ceremonies or parade before, I could be wrong though but in any case the Ukrainian could eventually use this event to justify a similar action.
Obviously I donโt think the UA would target the 9 of May Victory parade in Moscow due to foreign leader being present or the symbolism and effect it could have ( but honestly after the previous HIMARS strike + Kursk you never know tbh )
For me the UA will likely double down on its attack on Russian soil targeting military base, training center more actively.
Ukraine can strike deep thx to their drone so itโs obviously not impossible to achieve they just need good intelligence on where and when to strike.

๐ฌ๐ฆ - A few thoughts about this:
โข African Union and EU observers deployed, no violations reported (yet).
โข No trace of Russian interference.
โข The most successful coup d'รฉtat in Africa in recent years (especially compared to the Sahelian juntas).
โข Brice Oligui Nguema is considered the liberator who toppled the Bongo dynasty.
โข The 2023 coup d'รฉtat was barely condemned by the international community.
