There is a clear disconnect between the EU’s military arm in Bosnia, EUFOR, which has deployed hundreds of soldiers and dozens of armored vehicles, and its political leadership, including the European Commission and the Foreign Ministers, who have yet to agree on imposing sanctions. This disparity will likely result in a "work it out amongst yourselves" outcome.
