Astrolabes currently dont feel very good to run.

Astrolabes have a similar issue to poe2 endgame mapping. Either you run 5-6 layouts you dont want to run to then have a very juiced map on your favourite layout, this is similar to setting up tower overlaps in poe2 and just doesnt feel great especially the part where you have to run multiple map layouts you dont want to run, or you use the keystone and essentially lose ~half of your astrolabe maps. This already feels pretty bad when you pay 400c for an astrolabe but becomes even more frustrating when you realize that astrolabe maps become more rewarding the further you progress through it. So you essentially lose out on the most rewarding 3-4 maps. I think astrolabes should just always collapse a map from the edge towards your preffered map so theres no risk of collapse. I really dislike this push from ggg to reward people for annoying gameplay such as running 5 different layouts to then have one good map in your favourite layout. Whats your opinion on this?

GGG, the new atlas is great but please improve the UI, especially witness/exarc/eater buttons.

Let us reroll Mirage wishes once per map with Coins of Restoration

Just a quick suggestion, but it would make Coins of Restoration have some value while also giving us a little more agency for choice in the Wishes. It would have a slightly deflating effect on the other Coins and the Belts but that's probably a good thing.

HC Ruthless Mirage, maybe one of the best belts in that league currently.

Replace Vaal side area with the Mirage Area

Vaal area has long been outdated and needs to be recycled or replaced. Mirage is a good alternative in my opinion, at least temporarily.
The advantage is that the mechanics are already in game and many changes will not be required. The Vaal area is simply not used by anyone. Even the Uniq zone farm is very rarely used.

Breach Fortress - TIL I have been farming them the wrong way during the whole League.

So, I decided to play Archmage spark this league and I figured what is the best mechanic to farm for profit? I quickly decided that Breach fortresses would essentially be me standing in the middle holding right click.

I was right. For about 7 days I would farm 8 mod city squares, blocking all mechanics and doing double Breach Fortresses. I farmed over 700 maps.

The hiveblood allowed me to make a ton of currency breach crafting since every map would essentially be 2-4 minutes (as long as the waves take and depending if double fortress) for about 8-16k blood. The cost was the self farmed map + the 1c fortress scarab.

I was under the impression that the loot from the fortress was fixed this whole time. Rarely dropped anything beyond a few chaos and never actually saw anything on my screen except for the occasional shielded rare. Never did I consider the fact that other mechanics could interact with fortress, until my eye caught a glimpse of what appeared to be a wildwood wisp on death animation.

Long story short, this sent me down a rabbit hole looking into and experimenting whether the end-of-fortress loot can be improved.

**This is what I discovered:**

**tldr:** Everything that spawns more monsters or multiplies monster loot essentially accumulates and makes for very big loot explosions.

* **Protracted Siege** **Atlas passive also applies to fortresses** in order to spawn more monsters. I did 700+ breach fortresses without it because I thought it only applied to regular hives due to the wording.
* **Breach Scarab of the incensed swarm.** In a similar fashion this also applies to fortresses, converting all skills to 'enrage the hive' that spawn every few waves. This also acts as a multiplier to loot explosion.
* **Wildwood wisps** work well as a loot multiplier.
* **"More Currency"** from originator maps also applies to loot explosions.
* **Delirium orbs:** Monster kills count normally to progress delirium rewards and they normally drop in fortress, but its main appeal is that it also applies its loot multiplier to loot explosions.
* **Beyond works wonders.** This is one of the few things that allow for more monster spawns in there.
* Eldritch altars: I am not sure if these apply. I have not had any currency multiplication so far happen but there is no reason to assume the quantity ones wouldn't apply.

TLDR: I did over 700 breach fortresses the "wrong way". You can scale the loot explosion at the end of Breach fortress using several methods with very low cost.

This method does not require an expensive breach astrolabe and can yield big profits using essentially everything else the unstable breach farm uses.
