AI has made my life better. You see, now that AI is readily available, lazy students no longer come to me to try to cheat on their essays, exams, et cetera; they use AI for that now. I'm less often pestered by the bottom rung of university scum.

On the other hand, though, it's now been over three years since I've last gotten a cheater reprimanded by their university. What fun that was when it would happen somewhat regularly.

One of my favorite emails I've ever received was in such a situation, and it contained the following line:

Redacted is my student, and this is flagrant, unambiguous, no-possible-excuse cheating. I'll file a report on Monday, and I'll sleep the sleep of the just.
