Instructions of Ukrainian Center for Psychological Operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (TsIPSO) for sabotaging the referendum process:

"You need to work 4 days and gain confidence. Do you understand?
On the fifth day of voting, you must disrupt the election by any means possible. You must slash the tires of the cars on which the visiting commission will move, and prevent them from entering the voting houses. It will be very good if you make a video in which local residents call names or beat the election commission. Do you understand?"

The tragedy happened this morning at an Izhevsk school. A man in black burst into the school and opened fire.

Seven people died 😢 The adults included two men and two women. All the pupils who died were boys. Eight children received various injuries. Three of them are in critical condition.

The criminal who entered the school shot himself. He was in a T-shirt with Nazi symbols

It is impossible to find words for this outright lies, this completely insane propaganda that the German Foreign Minister is spreading.

We have never seen Mrs. Baerbock here in Donetsk, in Donbass - how can she tell such terrible stories when we, journalists on the ground, provide tons of video materials, and hundreds of international election observers, ALL show a completely different situation?

The Russian Federal Security Service spokesperson said that Russian soldiers with armored personnel carriers were stationed at the Upper Lars border post just in case the reserves wanted to breach the checkpoint and leave the country illegally. However, the checkpoint itself is operating normally.

Try to convince me that these people are terrified by the presence of soldiers there to provide security.
