โ—๏ธ British intelligence agencies are preparing an environmental disaster in international waters in order to then declare the transportation of Russian oil a "threat to all international shipping," the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) reported.

According to the agency, London intends to assign the execution of anti-Russian terrorist acts using tankers to Ukrainian security forces.

The timing of the attack in the UK is planned to be chosen in such a way as to maximize its media impact to pressure the Trump administration. The goal is to force Washington to impose secondary sanctions against buyers of Russian energy resources.

โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ The US increases pressure on India, accusing it of collusion with China

โ–ช๏ธThe US is increasing pressure on India over its purchases of Russian oil. White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller openly accused India of financing the conflict in Ukraine, stating that it is acting in concert with China under the guise of being a US ally.
โž–"We are in a strong economic position to deal with Russia and this war. Trump very clearly stated that it is unacceptable for India to continue financing this war by buying oil from Russia," Miller said on Fox News.
โ–ช๏ธHe claims that India is "effectively linked with China in buying Russian oil." "India positions itself as one of our closest friends in the world, but they do not accept our products. They impose huge tariffs on us. We also know that they cheat a lot with immigration policy, which greatly harms American workers," Miller said.

โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณIndia's refusal of Russian oil will cost the country $11 billion per year โ€” The Hindu

โ–ช๏ธIndia's annual expenses on oil imports could increase by $9โ€“11 billion if the country is forced to abandon Russian oil, reports the Indian newspaper The Hindu.
โ–ช๏ธThe publication notes that India, ranking third in the world in oil consumption and imports, has significantly benefited by replacing expensive oil with discounted Russian oil following the imposition of Western sanctions against Moscow.
โ–ช๏ธWhereas Russian oil previously accounted for less than 0.2% of India's imports, its share has now risen to 35-40%, allowing a reduction in overall energy import costs, control over retail fuel prices, and containment of inflation.
โ–ช๏ธHowever, this situation is now under threat due to Donald Trump's announcement of a 25% tariff on Indian goods and a possible penalty for purchasing Russian oil.
โ–ช๏ธThe tariff was introduced shortly after the European Union banned the import of petroleum products derived from Russian oil. Sumit Ritolia from Kpler called this a "squeeze from both ends," noting that the new EU sanctions and US threats increase the likelihood of secondary sanctions that could affect shipping, insurance, and financing.
โž–"From a financial perspective, the consequences are huge. Assuming the $5 per barrel discount is lost on 1.8 million barrels per day, India's import expenses could increase by $9-11 billion per year. But losses could be even higher if global prices rise due to reduced Russian oil supply," the expert concluded.

โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธThe US may stop supporting Ukraine in exchange for peace, โ€” WSJ

โ–ช๏ธAt the upcoming meeting with Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin may propose to secure Russian control over part of the liberated Ukrainian territories โ€” in exchange for withdrawing troops from other areas. This is reported by the Wall Street Journal citing a senior European diplomat and a Ukrainian official.
โ–ช๏ธTrump, in turn, may urge Ukraine and its allies to accept this proposal. But "in Kiev and other European capitals, such a plan will likely be rejected, which will play into Putin's hands," since the US president will be able to blame Ukraine for continuing the conflict.
โ–ช๏ธIf the situation follows this scenario, Trump may stop intelligence and military support to Ukraine. "The US may also completely withdraw from the diplomatic process, leaving Moscow and Kiev to continue what Trump has long called 'Biden's war'," the newspaper writes.
โ–ช๏ธAccording to the Wall Street Journal, during his second presidency, Trump and Putin held numerous phone conversations and exchanged many messages through intermediaries. According to a White House representative, their talks usually take place in a friendly atmosphere.
โž–"Trump often talks about his goal to revive US-Russia relations based on economic cooperation. Putin sets out his claims and main demands, primarily โ€” international recognition of Russian control over Crimea and Donbass" the publication notes.
โ–ช๏ธAccording to people close to the US president, there has not been a single serious conflict between Trump and Putin this year.

The newspaper The Telegraph, citing its sources, writes that Zelensky is allegedly ready to accept a ceasefire along the front line but does not allow international recognition of Russia's control over new territories.

"According to The Telegraph, Ukraine would welcome a ceasefire that would fix the front line in its current form, but without international recognition of Russian control over any of its territories.
The reason is that the country's constitution does not allow the president or parliament to unilaterally change the territorial structure or agree to violate territorial integrity."
