Kellogg also criticized the Biden administration's strategy of promising to help Ukraine "as long as it takes" but not using pressure tools other than military aid.
"This is not a strategy, it's just a slogan," he said. "The Biden administration has not provided Ukraine with the necessary weapons and has not developed a clear strategy."

Trump believes that the bloodshed must first be stopped and then negotiations can begin.
"First we need a ceasefire, and then we can move on," Kellogg emphasized. According to him, Russia knows how to wage a war of attrition like no other. "If you look at history, you should never engage in a war of attrition with Russia. They are used to it," he said. To force Moscow to negotiate, not only military pressure is needed, but also economic, diplomatic and political pressure.
