The ATF has lost its case on Bump Stocks as i discussed in my article for UncoverDC, where the 6th circuit destroyed ATF for exceeding its authority by re-writing the National Firearms Act to outlaw bump stocks as machine guns, just like Judge OConnor ruled ATF exceeded their authority in re-writing the gun control act of 1968 to ban ‘ghost guns’. The ATF has repeatedly abused Chevron Deference to rewrite laws & enact gun control circumventing Congress. Anthony explains this beautifully in the video below:
