I've noticed something interesting the past few weeks: the cost of reg eggs increased, but the organic, free range ones haven't.
I known its a ridiculous cost increase, but given that they're the same cost now, try the good stuff if you don't typically.
The crap they put in our food supply is part of what I believe has at least part of the blame of a lot of our current health ailments as a society.
There are plenty of studies showing amazing results when they put school kids on healthy, organic, non-processed food diets.
Even if you are the type who believes the organic stuff is all woo woo BS (and some of it absolutely is) - if it's the same price, what's the harm in trying?
