Trump created a massive awakening, which planted the seeds for people to see the necessity of term limits.

It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Our ancestors were far more in tune with the world around them, nature, themselves, and God (or the gods, depending on their religion) than current man.

Most ancient peoples believed in external sacrifice, whether it be animals, people, burning herbs, or what have you as their offering to their God or gods.

This is a place where I see them as both right and wrong, and a reason I see so many men today moving towards the stoic philosophy - myself included.

There is a unifying, omnipresent force all around us that science has been able to show exists, but has not been able to measure or quantify or even name.

Some call it God, the universe, the creator or many other names.

On the more scientific side (albeit sometimes a dissenting science) some may see this as dark matter, the akashic record, or the ethereal plane.

Whatever it is, it's no secret that there is some sort of force that binds ideas together across great distances with no communication needed - the basis of the idea that "nothing can prevent an idea whose time has come."

Creatives often have no idea where their best ideas or books or songs or inventions come from, many of the world's best often remarking that they "went blank" when creating their opus and it just flowed through them.

Whatever you call this force, I believe there is a form of sacrifice needed to "prove" that you are worthy of it, or that you truly want what your heart desires.

But that sacrifice is not animals or people or things, but self.

This becomes even more important in a time of immediate gratification, phones and devices built around dopamine hits, likes and hearts and retweets that have been engineered to make your brain chemistry react in the same way as cocaine or heroin.

Those of us who have found our paths know this - a level of self sacrifice, the infamous "ego death" is required to walk it.

It can be truth tellers who know they will sacrifice friends & family by trying to wake them up.

Jobs, status, and power for those who shine the light on duplicitous policies or companies.

An onslaught of stress from the Regime's attacks against anyone who steps out of line and dare contradict their edicts, as they are slammed as "misinformation agents" only to be proven 100% accurate years or decades later.

But this is the path of true change. They say that anyone can change the world if they don't care who gets the credit, but I don't think that's accurate.

World-changing requires sacrifice, especially self sacrifice, by those willing to stand in the breech and take incoming fire.

So that's the question - what are you willing to sacrifice to make the changes, within or without- that you believe are needed?

Nothing is ever changed from your comfort zone.
