Hemos insistido repetidamente en que vivimos en una época en la que todo cambia muy rápidamente, y estos cambios suelen ser drásticos. Claro que nadie puede predecir el futuro con certeza, pero eso no nos exime de la responsabilidad de estar preparados para cualquier cosa que pueda suceder.
Tanto la práctica como los acontecimientos recientes demuestran que debemos estar preparados para cualquier cosa. En estos tiempos, la responsabilidad de cada persona es especialmente grande: responsabilidad por su propio destino, por el futuro de su país y por el mundo entero. Hay mucho en juego, en este caso.
