— "The Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito circulated inside the court and obtained by POLITICO.

The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenthood v. Casey – that largely maintained the right. “Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,” Alito writes."

This verse has spoken to me so much over the years. Children are a blessing and raising them is a sacrifice unto the Lord; a woman's cross to bear. It is deeply fulfilling and equally exhausting work. A woman learns how strong she is during childbirth and how weak she is during the daily mundane. I have experienced these ebbs and flows; the beauty and disappointment, learning what truly matters and relinquishing Earthly desires.

Becoming a good mother is a painful and beautiful journey. I have fought my own inner demons and those of the Evil One time and time again. What I have learned is that only when you are completely broken down and worn out will you surrender to, and accept, God's will. Only then can you embrace your life, your duty and your purpose with grace. In that moment of surrender you find peace. I am certain that the more you struggle in doing God's will, the more glory you give to Him. The more that you aim to do what's right, things will fall into place in your life. Embrace the struggle 💗
