I'm not sure if I got that right, but Trump complained about foreign investors in the US real estate market (maybe restricting), the US government will buy mortgage bonds to lower intrest rates and instate a new FED chair president and was weaving about that he could just crash the housing market to lower prices, but it would hurt those who already have a house.
