Prominent sources revealed that the majority of international delegates conveyed their fear of the seriousness of the Israeli threat [of an invasion of Lebanon], but the most prominent messages came from "the British side, which set a date for the Israeli strike in mid-June, with advice on the need to carry out the necessary supply measures for the war, the extent of its expansion and duration will not be known.

Former Minister Walid Jumblatt said that during his recent visit to Doha, he heard a Qatari fear of malicious Israeli intentions towards Lebanon, and Qatari officials expressed to him their conviction that "Israel does not want a ceasefire in Gaza," despite American attempts to reach an agreement.

"Al-Akhbar" (Famous Lebanese Newspaper) learned that before US President Joe Biden announced the Israeli proposal to stop the war in Gaza and conclude a prisoner exchange deal between Israel and the Palestinian resistance, Speaker of the [Lebanese] House of Representatives Nabih Berri (and ally of Hezbollah) received a call from Biden's adviser on energy security and tasked with following up the Lebanese file Amos Hochstein lasted about 40 minutes.

The call surprised President Berri, " as Hochstein did not mention the [American] proposal either from near or from afar," while informed sources considered that "the optimism of the American mediator was apparently dissipated due to the Israeli government's handling of the proposal.

— While it is most likely that Israel is bluffing once again, It is important to keep in mind that the Israelis are feeling way more pressed for escalation as the Northern front heats up and damages their stability and security.

📝 The Israeli goal isn't to win a war in Lebanon or engage in an invasion now, the reality is a goal to harm and increase the price exerted on Lebanese civilians and Hezbullah for the choice they took on 8-October 2023.

How things progress will be remarkable. And as always, victory is two ways, through either the below, one of either two good outcomes:

⭕ Several impacts in Bir'am with no sirens.

Three casualties reported in Harfeesh area, as a result of an attack from Lebanon.

☠️ About 10 Israeli soldiers were injured in the attack, where Hezbullah attacked a forest where soldiers where hiding like rats.

☠️ MDA's director general Eli Bin says 11 people are wounded in the attack in Hurfeish, including one in critical condition.

Three people are listed in moderate condition and the rest are lightly hurt, Bin adds.

📰 Two soldiers are confirmed dead. This is going to trigger a violent Israeli attack soon.

🗞️ As you can see, most of them have already been prepared for the invasion while they were deployed on the northern border, but only 3 of them are currently in position:

- 551st Brigade is under the 146th Division in the Western Galilee
- 36th and 188th Brigades have been taken apart and all their battalions were given to the 3 territorial brigades guarding the Lebanese border.

Total amount of combat soldiers = ~18k, around twice as many as entered Lebanon in 2006.

🪖War in Lebanon is not currently imminent, because most of the required brigades are elsewhere

- 7th, 35th and Commando Brigades are busy in and around Gaza, and have neither been moved north yet nor been prepared for the invasion.

- Carmeli Brigade is currently in Netzarim, but is expected to move north to replace 551 in the next few days. (Carmeli itself will be replaced by Alexandroni in Netzarim)

- 205, 226, 228, Kiryati and Etzioni aren’t mobilized.

I believe that it‘s not likely Lebanon will be invaded in the next 6 weeks, because that’s the minimum amount of time it will take to move everything north (I think it will be in August).
