Massive kudos to everyone who held $GME through the blood. Bren and I have been telling you to bid it for ages, and it’s been an absolute killer trade for anyone who followed.

With that in mind, the market seems pretty split today. Some people are up massive on $GME memes, etc., but I think the majority are down pretty bad. The sentiment on the timeline seems a little dire right now. Many were expecting the Roaring Kitty tweets to bring an influx of retail and pump our memes. However, what it’s really achieved is taking massive amounts of liquidity away from existing trades and dumping it into the GME narrative.

A few days ago, I mentioned that every once in a while, it’s a great idea to re-evaluate your portfolio, putting most things into SOL or Stables. It goes against traditional advice, but from personal experience, this helps a ton. It reduces clutter/dead weight, and starting afresh helps me focus on what trades I really want to take. I'm mentioning this now because, had you taken this advice a few days ago rather than being over-exposed to risky low/medium-caps, you’d probably have prevented quite a lot of damage. Personally, this was the case for me.

I am a massive advocate when it comes to preserving capital at all costs. This is a casino, and for the most part, whatever you make from it, you’re likely to give back unless you take serious care over protecting your capital. I’d much rather lose out on gains, with my portfolio not moving much, than eat into my stack by chasing degeneracy and adrenaline. And trust me when I tell you, I have seen friends fall victim to this hundreds of times.

You’re here to stack and accumulate wealth. Sure, some of you will make it all in one trade, but 99% of you are going to win through consistency, putting aside your gains, and reinvesting on a sensible basis. Going all-in and being overexposed is, for most of you, the first step to digging your grave. It brings me back to what I speak about with psychological analysis: always think. You might be happy when it goes up, but when it goes down? That sell button becomes a hell of a lot more tempting to click.

Just always remember, this market can go down as fast as it comes up, but regardless of conditions, you should be focused on preserving your capital.

Right now I'm 25 and i have problems with my heart soooo its a big problem for me.

Pretty worrying too, since the doctors say my heart is healthy but i still have heart pain so more tests have to be done.

Good Morning.

I appreciated all the kind messages yesterday, it really helped me mentally, this community is amazing and i'm very happy to all the great people that have joined over the last few weeks, keep up the good energy we still got a whole bull run to get through.

I've had an ECG (heart measurement) done and so far everything seems to be good, I'll be getting some blood work done to check my cholesterol levels but i'll be going back to the doctors in a few days.

I got to do more testing over the next few weeks so wish me luck with that, I'll try keep everyone updated too.

Regardless i will be back in the trenches with all of you once again, no heart conduction are going to stop me from helping you guys, i wanna make multiple individuals millionaires over the next few weeks, i just have a whiteboard full of goals.

I want to give some advice to a lot of the new members here and new traders, welcome to the Lab btw.

First off, i just wanted to update the charts that i called over the last few days or so as I've not been as active as i should because I'm focusing on my health at the moment.

Now. I know a lot of us hold like 50-100 other tokens in like 12 dead wallets, yes this is a problem.

My suggestion is to keep your actively trading wallet as clean as possible, focus on 3-5 tokens at most as i know its very hard to track like 10+ tokens and to know exactly what's happening in each one of them.

Time to time i will reevaluating my portfolio to actually see what's going on within my wallet as i hold a lot of trash that is valueless or just dust in general, so try to clean it up by putting all the dead tokens in one wallet and see what happens in the future with them, who knows maybe you will find gold one day.

Its also very nice to look into your wallet and actually see what's going on, its a clear head space to know that i need to continue my research to see if "that project" is actually continuing to push and grow or do i cut my losses and move on.

I also hear a lot about this "Diamond Hand Mentality" my suggestion is to ignore it, i know its great to be in a cult and all want a 2 billion market cap but at the end of the day we all have our own goals and reasons why we even do this, focus on why you're even in the trenches in the first place, trading this dogshit is not where i want to be forever, if we all had enough capital we could just make a massive portfolio with the top 10 coins on CMC and be done with it.

I do think its crazy fun to be buying memecoins the adrenaline rush to know that one token can change your life is amazing but you also need to understand that 95% of people fall victim to giving all there gains back to the market.

You need to know that at the end of the day we're all gambling/battling for liquidity off of one another, its just a massive PVP battle on who can get the most money and leave.

Reason why i believe its very important to stack SOL & Stables, it might go against what every other influencer says about going all in, full port everything into that token, but we all have family's to feed or even yourself so lock in and slice some off the top every so often, you'll thank me for it.

Also please never FOMO my calls, i know a lot of you see my post and instantly think that Exy's Call will retire you which they will... but if you've seen something go up 200% i do not think its a good time to enter as always after my calls some quick flippers will take profit and the chart will go red for a bit, maybe that would be the time to enter.

This is where you should have a trading strategy and to know the risk reward factor on entering the project, i always try to give you guys the best entry points but sometimes i feel overly bullish and send the call in anyway so its on you to click the buttons at the right time.

The purpose of all of this is to accumulate wealth. Of course some of you will make it all in one trade, but the rest of you are going to win through having consistency, being emotionless and having a strategy all within your trading game.

While trading all of these memecoins you should also be farming an airdrop killing two birds with one stone, currently the main Telegram bot i use is Trojan since all you have to do is trade and sometime this year you will get a care package of money into your wallet since its based off of volume, so start farming!
