Telegram added quote replies (highlight text and use context menu)

This is quote

custom quotes, and better highlighted message replies and previews in TDesktop v4.10 and v4.11

- Hotkey for quotes is Ctrl+Shift+. (dot) but it does not work for me by some reason (Flatpak)
- Message previews are not updated now when you edit them
- Messages show empty quote if link has a preview, but it's unavailable in a chat/for user
