🔎 Что делает Roadmap QA Manager?
Любой сотрудник QA department может прийти ко мне за консультацией. Тут есть 2 варианта развития событий.
1) Подготовка к assessment, к интервью с заказчиком или ISTQB сертификация, мы ставим цели, определяем пробелы в знаниях и составляем подробный план изучения нужных тем. В концемы проводим тренировочное собеседование, максимально приближенное к реальным обстоятельствам.
2) Если человек не решил, в какую сторону ему развиваться, мы общаемся, выявляем карьерные потребности, запросы, даем анкету-прескрининг, чтобы узнать компетенцию и склонности. А после анализа полученной информации я даю рекомендации, предлагаю варианты.
80% обратившихся к Roadmap QA Manager достигают поставленных целей! ⚡️
🚀 Планы на будущее
💬 Наша ближайший задача – поставить на поток подготовку к интервью. Полезно было бы сделать так, чтобы сотрудники тренировали друг друга проводить/проходить собеседования, спрашивали своих коллег и получали объективный фидбэк.
💬 Есть планы вывести Roadmap QA на уровень, близкий к ресурсному менеджменту. Для этого нужно подготовить несколько специалистов, которые бы помогали обучать коллег.
💬 Плюс было бы неплохо мотивировать людей привязкой к зарплате. Например, ставить перед сотрудником цель, а по успешном ее достижении финансово поощрять.

Главное в тестировании – soft skills. Базовый технический бэкграунд не будет лишним, но самое важное – постоянно общаться, обучаться, быть открытым.

🔎 What does a Roadmap QA Manager do?
Each QA Engineer at Exadel can come to me. There are 2 options:
1) If a person knows what he/she needs, for example, preparation for an assessment, interview with a customer or ISTQB certification, we set goals, identify gaps in knowledge, and draw up a detailed plan for studying the necessary topics. Then we conduct a training interview that is as close as possible to real circumstances.
2) If a person hasn’t decided yet in which direction to develop, we talk, identify career needs, I give a pre-screening questionnaire with technical and general questions to find out competencies and inclinations. And, after analyzing the information received, I offer options for career development.
80% of those who turn to a Roadmap QA Manager achieve their goals! ⚡️
🚀 Future plans
💬 Our immediate task is to streamline the preparation of employees for interviews. Now I train them myself by recreating real conditions as closely as possible. But it would be even more useful to have the employees themselves train each other to conduct / pass interviews.
💬 There are plans to bring Roadmap QA to a level close to resource management. For that we need to prepare several specialists who would help train their colleagues.
💬 Additionally, it would be nice to motivate people financially – for example, to set a goal to learn a certain cycle of topics in six months and give a bonus or a salary raise upon successful achievement of the goal.
⭐️ Qualities to become a tester
The main thing in testing is soft skills. A basic technical background wouldn’t go amiss, but the most important thing is to constantly communicate, learn, and be open.

При этом продолжала помогать команде с поиском ценных кандидатов, всегда получала удовольствие от коммуникации с кандидатами и поиском людей на сложные позиции. И теперь уже 2 года занимаю должность Director of Operations, при этом всегда в тесном контакте с командой рекрутинга, и мы уже совместно с лидом оптимизируем процессы, справляемся с челленджами для достижения глобальных целей компании.”

The delegation met with a representative of the Senate and visited Banking University, discussed long-term cooperation agreements, joined the CMSA and donated some aid packages to Ukrainian refugees, and provided smartphones for NGO staff who help refugees at the Warsaw railway station.

На собеседовании мне важно понять, что человек знает и понимает, зачем использовать тот или иной инструмент бизнес-анализа. Даже если какой-то подход является best practice, это не значит, что он применим везде.
Самопрезентация, тайминг, суть 📌
“Расскажите, пожалуйста, о себе за 3 минуты”, — прошу я каждого кандидата. Один из ключевых навыков BA – соблюдать тайминг.
Важно и то, что человек считает важным рассказать про себя. Мой совет: 1 предложение о своем предыдущем опыте, 2 предложения — о текущем проекте и мотивацию, почему вы здесь, зачем вам эта возможность.
Ключевые черты характера BA 🔎
📎 Критическое мышление. Важно собрать все точки зрения, аргументы и грамотно все анализировать.
📎 Гибкость. От BA требуется умение быстро переключать контекст.
📎 Любопытство. Чем лучше мы понимаем решения девелоперов, тем лучше мы будем подходить к постановке проблемы.
Можно ли BA без опыта попасть в Exadel? 🤔
