Evolution X Android 16 QPR2 is mostly ready. Builders, try to make some builds!

Retrofit support added and most features from QPR1 were retained.

Some device tree changes are needed for builders. Patching libprotobuf and tinyxml2 in vendor is needed if you have blobs that depend on them (xiaomi ehem) and might even be more if using mediatek.

All Google vendor related files and APKs have been updated and ensured to be the latest prebuilts. Let's see more QPR2 builds!

Android 16 QPR2 also finally fixes the long-standing issue custom ROMs encounter when using the weather clock. Smart space now actually hides itself just like the Pixels!

We've enabled the newer Pixel experience sysconfig files and this is what happened 🫠

Sadly we have to lock the syconfig files behind the specific Pixel devices only since it's causing unnecessary battery drain for non-tensor chipsets due to checks.

Will try and re-add a toggle to allow enabling them instead.
