Pregnancy can be terminated for this reason up to the 12th week of its duration.
You need a certificate from the prosecutor stating that there is a high probability that the pregnancy is the result of a prohibited act.

After the publication of the pseudo-sentence of the Constitutional Tribunal with file reference number K 1/20, i.e. from 27 January 2021 abortion due to fetal defects is impossible in a public hospital in Poland. However, there are other possibilities.

If your pregnancy puts your life or health (physical or mental) at risk, you have the right to terminate it in a public hospital under the National Health Fund.

Termination of pregnancy is still available and legal in foreign clinics (e.g. Germany, Slovakia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Austria, Netherlands, United Kingdom), where the law is more liberal. https://perma.cc/VF6X-WSRB

There is missing context, but let we say both parents are death; is this really a better future for a child, that was still not a child until few seconds ... starting a life, knowing there are no parents ... without considering possible mental health such kid is getting. Or damages he got when the mother died ... One thing is sure, their hospitals are even not like 🇪🇺 hospitals

Maybe even the next kid getting killed in few months ...
