#Estonia: today, Prime Minister and European Council member Kaja Kallas (R-RE) received the largest amount of national parliamentary election preference votes any politician has ever received in post-Soviet Estonia.

She beat the record of Edgar Savisaar (K-RE).

Eesti Keskerakond (K-RE) falls to 14.8% as 403/405 polling stations are counted.

This sees them drop below 20% for the first time in 24 years.

Eestimaa Ühendatud Vasakpartei (EÜVP-LEFT) rises to 2.3% as 404/405 polling stations are counted.

This means that the party now qualifies for public funding.

Liberal Eesti Reformierakond (R-RE) rises to 31.2% as all polling stations are counted.

This is the best result for a single-party list in post-Soviet Estonia.

The centrist multi-party list, KMÜ (*), won 32.2% in 1995.

The Estonian Greens (Greens/EFA) only won 1.0% in Sunday's election, failing to cross not only the legal parliamentary threshold to win seats but also the 2% public party financing threshold.

They narrowly avoided their worst result of 0.9% in 2015.
