Post qilmaganimga ham ancha kun bo’ldi. Baliga 🏝 kelganimdan keyin biroz tobim bo’lmadi va shuning uchun internetga kirmagandim. Aslida Internetdan ham dam oldim. Lekin kecha bir sms xabar oldim va ham xursand, ham biroz xafa bo’ldim.

Gap shundaki, dam olishdan avval IELTS topshirgan edim va natijam kecha chiqdi. Overall 8.0 bal oldim va bundan xursand bo’ldim. 😊

Lekin speaking va writing balim avvalgi topshirganimdan 0.5 ga pastroq chiqibdi. Ammo shuni tushundimki, IELTS hohishingiz va imkoniyatingizga qarab istalgancha topshirsangiz bo’ladi, (million marta)😎 shuning uchun keying safar dankasalikni kamaytirib 9.0 ni maqsad qilishga qaror qildim!💪💪💪

Mana ko’z ochib yumguncha ham ta’til o’z nihoyasiga yetdi. Endi navbat ishga qaytish.

Lekin bugun Snorkleng 🤿 haqida tajribamda bo’lgan qiziqarli ma’lumotlar bilan bo’lishmoqchiman!

Snorkleng bu suv yuzasida maxsus maska, nafas olish uchun trubka va oyoq uchun maxsus suzgichlar bilan suzish turi va snorkleng orqali dengiz ostida dunyoni tomosha qilasiz.

Dam olish vaqtini bekor o’tqazmaslik uchun snorkleng bilan ko’p shug’ullandim va bu men uchun ham foydali ‘water activity’ ham enjoyable bo’ldi. Swimming skilllarim yaxshi bo’lgani va avval ham snorkleng 🤿 experience ga ega bo’lganim uchun unga tez moslashdim. Yana bir ma’lumot, snorkleng va diving bilan ko’pincha yevropalik yoshu-qari muntazam shug’llanishar ekan.

Bali atrofidagi orollar suv osti jonzotlar bilan to’lib toshgan ekan. Masalan u yerda turli xil baliqlar, ulkan toshbaqalar va manta raylarni ko’rish mumkin.

Ha aytgandek! Manta ray nima deb o’ylayotgan bo’lsangiz, ularni olingan videoda ko’rsangiz bo’ladi. To’g’risi bu bahaybat dengiz maxluqini yonimda ko’rganimda juda qo’rqdim, lekin keyin ularga o’rganib qoldim!

1. Trees are being cut down at much larger scale than ever before to be used as fuel, to provide products we use in our daily life, or to simply create more space for agriculture to sustain growing human population. Once the trees and other vegetation in an area are gone, there is nothing left to hold the soil in place.

2. Our planet’s ecosystems sustain life only when balanced. They can cope with incremental challenges and adapt but beyond a certain tipping point they collapse. A rapid increase in the number of people demands higher amounts of natural resources and expands more and more over the landscape, leading to increased desertification.

3. Improper irrigation methods used in arid areas, such as canal irrigation, lead to a buildup of salt in the soil and make it difficult for crops and other plants to grow, increasing desertification. Similarly harmful is cultivation of already deteriorated lands. Through inconsiderate farming methods, farmers only speed up the process of desertification in exchange for poor quality crops with low economic value.

Reading practice qilishda davom etamiz. Kechagi reading savollarimizni darajasi o’rtacha edi. Bugun esa biroz challenging savollarni bajaramiz.

1. Until the 1950s, the development of job opportunities in the railway industry, and in a large, military ordnance depot, was the spur to Didcot’s expansion. Development at that time was geared to providing homes for the railway and depot workers, with limited investment in shopping and other services for the local population. Didcot failed to develop Broadway as a compact town centre, and achieved only a strip of shops along one side of the main street hammed in by low density housing and service trade uses.

2. From the 1970s, strategic planning policies directed significant new housing development to Didcot. Planners recognised Didcot’s potential, with rapid growth in local job opportunities and good rail connections for those choosing to work farther afield. However, the town is bisected by the east-west railway, and people living in Ladygrove, the urban extension to the north which has been built since the 1980s, felt, and still feel, cut off from the town and its community.

3. The Government’s Sustainable Communities Plan seeks a holistic approach to new urban development in which housing, employment, services and infrastructure of all kinds are carefully planned and delivered in a way which avoids the infrastructure deficits that have occurred in places like Didcot in the past. This report, therefore, is structured around the individual components of a sustainable community, and shows the baseline position for each component.
